Shipping and Transport Damage

Printed posters are produced and shipped through third-party print-on-demand partners. Once an order leaves our partner's facility, it is handled by independent carriers over whom we have no operational control. While we select partners with strong packaging and handling standards, we cannot guarantee that every parcel arrives in pristine condition.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please:

• Retain all packaging and the damaged item.
• Photograph the outer packaging, the damaged area, and the shipping label.
• Contact us at support@orchestra-art.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a reprint or refund in line with our partner's policies. Orchestra is not liable for delays, losses, or damage that occur once the parcel is in the carrier's custody, beyond the remedies offered by our fulfilment partner.

Digital Files and Downloads

Download links and high-resolution files are delivered over the public internet. While we take reasonable measures to ensure files are generated and hosted correctly, we cannot guarantee that every download completes without interruption, corruption, or compatibility issues on every device, browser, or operating system.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying that the downloaded file opens correctly on your device.
• Keeping a personal backup of any file you wish to retain.
• Ensuring you have software capable of opening standard image formats (PNG, JPG, PDF).

If a download fails or a file is corrupted, contact support@orchestra-art.com and we will re-issue the file where technically possible. Orchestra is not liable for data loss, storage failures, or any incidental costs arising from a corrupted or lost download on the user's side.

AI-Generated Image Quality

All styled images are produced by third-party AI models. The output is probabilistic and depends heavily on the quality, composition, and resolution of the photo you upload, as well as the art theme you select. Results can vary between iterations of the same input.

We do not warrant that:

• Any particular generation will meet your subjective creative expectations.
• Faces, hands, text, or small details will always be rendered accurately.
• The output will be free of artefacts typical of generative AI models.

Tokens are consumed when a generation is requested, regardless of whether the result meets your expectations. We recommend iterating, adjusting your source photo, or trying a different theme until you are satisfied with the result. Refunds for generated images are not available except where explicitly stated in our Terms of Use.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for the photos, prompts, and other material you submit to the Services. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licences, and consents — including the rights of any individuals depicted — to use that content with our Services.

You must not upload, prompt, or otherwise submit content that:

• Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Imitates the distinctive style of a living artist in a manner likely to cause confusion or market harm.
• Depicts identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Orchestra does not pre-screen user prompts or uploaded images. Any infringement, claim, or dispute arising from the content you submit is your sole responsibility, and you agree to indemnify Art Venture Tech Sweden AB against any third-party claims resulting from your use of the Services.

Colour, Paper, and Print Variation

Printed posters are manufactured on physical paper stock and may differ slightly from the preview displayed on your screen. Variations in colour calibration, monitor brightness, paper finish, and batch-to-batch ink differences are normal and do not, on their own, constitute a defect. We do our best to preview a representative result, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orchestra and Art Venture Tech Sweden AB are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Sweden or the European Union, including statutory consumer protections.

Updates to This Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, partner arrangements, or legal requirements. Updates take effect once published on the Site, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
